The Beckhams have long been friends with Prince Harry and his older brother, Prince William.
Victoria, during her Spice Girls era, met both princes on several occasions, including at the premiere of SpiceWorld The Movie.
The Beckhams were even guests at Meghan and Harry’s wedding in 2018.
However, it seems Meghan is keen to mend bridges with the former pop star turned fashion designer.
During a Responsible Digital Future engagement in Colombia, Meghan chose to wear a brown silk shirt designed by Victoria.
The Beckhams reportedly remained friendly with Harry when he began dating Meghan and were keen to make her feel welcome in the UK. There were even reports that Victoria had shared her coveted list of favourite London hairdressers and stylists with Meghan.
Tom Bower, the biographer who penned a book on Meghan Markle and is currently working on one about the Beckhams, told The Sun they once offered the pair to stay at their home after mass scrutiny.

A confidant of the Beckhams told The Sun: “David and Victoria went to Meghan and Harry’s wedding and were very supportive when Meghan arrived in the UK.”

Reportedly, Prince Harry had invited David Beckham to be an ambassador for the Invictus Games, but their relationship allegedly became strained when Harry avoided David during the Sydney event in 2018. According to claims, Harry’s standoffish behaviour was due to Meghan’s concerns over Victoria sharing stories about her with the press.
Despite the simmering tensions, Meghan Markle continued to sport Victoria Beckham’s fashion pieces, doing so again on their most recent press tour.
On Christmas Day in 2018, while expecting Prince Archie, she donned a chic navy coat from Victoria Beckham for the royals’ traditional church walk in Sandringham.
A few months on, in March 2019, she was spotted wearing a Victoria Beckham ensemble at the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey.
