Former footballer David, 49, shared the same montage of his ‘beautiful little girl’ and gushed that she was ‘his world’.

Sparing no expense for the big day back, the power couple hired Bentley’s Entertainments, organisers of Elton John’s birthday as well as Princess Anne’s 40th, to mastermind the highly-publicized showbiz event.
