As she headed to a Pilates class in South West London earlier this week, after coining the new term to represent her single status.
It comes after Emma admitted that while she is enjoying being single she has begun to feel ‘stressed and anxious’.
About the pressure on her to get married and have a baby ahead of her 30th birthday.
Emma was wrapped up for the chilly weather as she opted for the cosy coat from the brand Shrimps, believed to be priced at £595.
The actress’ cover up boasted a mixture of zebra print and red roses and added plenty of colour to the off-duty outfit.
Underneath Emma sported Adidas running shoes on her way into the class, but later changed into a pair of stylish knee high suede boots.
The former child star hid her brunette tresses under an Almost Famous-themed baseball cap and carried a black tote bag as she headed to her parked car following the exercise session.
Emma’s outing comes after she confirmed that she was identifying as ‘self-partnered’ rather than single in an interview with British Vogue.
In the candid interview the star – who turns 30 in April – talked about her fears for reaching the milestone and the pressure of having a picture-perfect life.
‘I never believed the whole “I’m happy single” spiel… it took me a long time, but I’m very happy [being single]- I call it being self-partnered’, Emma said.
The actress also discussed her fears of turning 30 due to the ‘ b****y influx of subliminal messaging’ implying a woman must have a ‘husband, baby and stable career.’
‘I was like, “Why does everyone make such a big fuss about turning 30? This is not a big deal”, cut to 29, and I’m like, “Oh my God, I feel so stressed and anxious”,’ Emma said.
‘And I realise it’s because there is suddenly this bl**dy influx of subliminal messaging around. If you have not built a home, if you do not have a husband, if you do not have a baby, and you are turning 30, and you’re not in some incredibly secure, stable place in your career, or you’re still figuring things out… there’s just this incredible amount of anxiety.’
The Beauty and The Beast star was last romantically linked to Dominic Piazza, with the pair spotted on several outings in August. She also had a brief fling with former Oculus CEO Brendan Iribe, 40.
