She’s one of the most fashionable women in the world, lauded for her flirty and fun sense of style.

But as she touched down in Nice, France, ahead of the Cannes Film Festival, on Tuesday

Emma Watson was seen wearing an outfit that very few women could get away with.

The 23-year-old actress sported a flirty white skater dress which clung to her every curve as she made her way through the airport.

As well as highlighting Emma’s feminine figure, the dress also highlighted her slender frame, drawing attention in particular to her somewhat protruding hip bone.

Emma contrasted the white dress with a pair of black ankle boots, and wore Ray Ban sunglasses as she headed out of the airport.

Adding to her model-like appearance, Emma wore her brunette hair swept back and away from her face.

Emma is in Nice ahead of the opening gala of the annual festival on Wednesday night, and the screening of her new movie The Bling Ring on Thursday night.

The young actress is worlds away from her former Harry Potter alter-ego Hermione Granger in the new movie, in which she stars as pole-dancing thief Nicki, who forms part of a gang who rob celebrities.

Speaking previously about the role, Emma said: ‘It wasn’t like I needed to go out there and try to find the furthest part from Hermione so I could get away from her, because that seems like a negative place to jump off from; trying to get away from something rather than trying to get towards something.

‘What I’m trying to get towards is that I want to be a character actress. I want to play parts. I want to play roles that transform me. Nicki seemed like an opportunity to do that.’

Isla Fisher was also seen arriving at Nice airport ahead of the premiere of The Great Gatsby, which will be the opening film of the festival on Wednesday night.

Dressed more casually than Emma, Isla opted for jeans and a Breton-striped top with grey boots as she headed through the airport – taking the time to sign autographs for waiting fans before making her way to her hotel.
