Environmentalist Emma Watson jetted into Chelsea, London on a private twin-turbine helicopter earlier this week.
The actress, 31, who is known for actively participating in environmental movements, especially in the fashion industry, raised eyebrows as she touched down in the heliport after her flight.
Emma wrapped up in a red padded jacket, a black zip-up fleece and wore a scarf around her neck.
Emma teamed her casual look with a blue baseball cap, green joggers and brown boots.
The Harry Potter star left the aircraft with a pal while a team worked to unload her luggage.
It’s not clear where Emma had travelled from or why she took a private helicopter over a commercial plane.
MailOnline has contacted Emma’s representatives for comment.
Since finding fame on the J.K Rowling franchise
Emma has gone on to use her platform to promote sustainable fashion and environmental living.
The actress lent her name to a line of clothing for ethical brand People Tree and last year, she joined the board of directors of Kering, a luxury brand group, in her capacity as an advocate for sustainable fashion.
She also once wore a CO2 emission-reducing dress made from recycled plastic bottles by Calvin Klein and a cruelty-free coat by Stella McCartney to the Met Gala.
In 2019, however, Emma was named by researchers as a greenhouse gas ‘super-emitter’.
Swedish academics analysed the carbon footprints of ten famous people who travel the globe.
The Beauty and the Beast star, the only Briton on the list, had the tenth worst environmental impact out of the group of celebrities selected, based on their social media accounts.
She flew 14 times in 2017 and travelled 42,253 miles, all on scheduled airlines, spending 71 hours in the air, the researchers calculated.
Her carbon footprint from flying alone was 15.1 tons of CO2 – three times that of the global average from all activities.
In her work as a United Nations spokesman, Emma called for everyone to help the world achieve the UN’s 17 global goals – which include ending extreme poverty, fighting inequality and stopping climate change.
It comes following reports Emma has decided to step back from the limelight to spend time with rumoured fiancé Leo Robinton.
A source told Mail On Sunday: ‘Emma has gone underground, she is settling down with Leo. They’re laying low. Maybe she wants a family.’
In April her publicist confirmed her career is ‘dormant’ and she ‘is not taking on new commitments’.
