It occurs due to trauma or damage to the shoulder due to a fall, sports injury, car accident or any direct impact. Brooklyn Beckham did not say why he broke his shoulder.

Brooklyn’s accident came a few months after his mother, Victoria Beckham, broke her leg while working out at the gym. At that time, the British designer was still working normally, avoiding accidents at fashion shows.
