Carl Woods, the former partner of reality TV star Katie Price, 

has recently ended his relationship with beautician Megan Bell after nine months of dating. 

According to sources, the 35-year-old decided to call it quits with the 26-year-old after realizing 

that he is still emotionally affected by his tumultuous past with Katie, 46. 

Carl reportedly feels “scarred” from the aftermath of his time with the former glamour model 

and believes that he needs to focus on healing before entering a new relationship.

The breakup comes just over a year after Carl and Katie ended their two-year relationship in December 2023. Despite the time that has passed since their split, it appears that Carl is still struggling with the emotional fallout from the relationship. A source close to him told *The Sun*, “Despite being a year on, Katie still emotionally haunts Carl, and new relationships have been tricky as he still recovers from her cheating and lies.” The source added that while Megan is “beautiful, intelligent, and perfect on paper,” Carl acknowledges that he is simply not ready for another serious commitment at this time.

Carl has reportedly taken a step back from social media, deleting his Instagram account to focus on personal projects and work commitments. Friends and family are supportive of his decision, hoping that he can take the time he needs to heal and regain his emotional strength.

Carl and Megan initially met when Carl booked a treatment at Megan’s clinic last year. The two quickly hit it off, and their relationship became public in May 2023 when they attended the Prestige & Village County Polo Trophy event together. Megan and Carl were seen enjoying each other’s company at the event, looking natural and happy. Katie’s documentary focuses on her struggles with fertility and her attempts to conceive her sixth child through IVF, a process in which Carl was reportedly very supportive. However, now that they are no longer together, Carl wishes the documentary had been scrapped, particularly because of its connection to their breakup. “He doesn’t want any reminders of Katie,” the insider revealed. “He spent a long time trying to forget that period of his life, and now this documentary brings it all up again.”

Carl’s breakup with Megan is compounded by his past allegations against Katie, which include accusations of infidelity. In November 2023, Carl claimed that Katie had cheated on him with an England polo player, Jamie Morrison, following an event at his club. Carl alleged that he had confronted Katie about the affair after receiving messages from others.

Although Katie initially denied the claims, she reportedly later admitted to the infidelity, leaving Carl devastated. He described the moment as a painful revelation, claiming that Katie told him they weren’t “getting on” at the time.
