Former midfielder David Beckham posted a photo of a basket of vegetables including potatoes, cabbage, zucchini, and strawberries harvested from his garden.

On his Instagram Story on August 22, Becks shared a series of photos of his homegrown vegetables, including a basket of vegetables such as potatoes, strawberries, 

bell peppers, zucchini, cabbage, and beetroot. In another photo, he showed off artichoke sprouts in his garden.

Over the past year, the former football star has taken a liking to gardening on a farm in the Cotswolds. 

Becks shared moments of digging the soil on a rainy day or harvesting onions in mid-June.

Becks revealed his vegetable patch late last year when he posted a photo of his daughter Harper sitting in boots among the vegetable beds.

Becks started raising chickens since Christmas last year. He shared many photos and videos of the chickens running around the garden or clinging to their owner.

The former England captain excitedly showed off the first egg his chickens laid in February.

When Becks shared a video of digging soil to plant rose bushes in front of the farm gate, many fans asked him to produce a gardening show.

Becks started a life of living in harmony with nature in 2020 when he kept bees at a farm in the Cotswolds during the Covid-19 pandemic. British media said that the former MU midfielder also raised fish in an artificial lake on the large farm.
