According to coach Tata Martino, Messi has been training on the field in recent days, but only separately. 

The strategist leading Inter Miami confirmed that this 37-year-old player will play on September 15 when the American club meets Philadelphia Union.

This information makes Inter Miami fans very excited, as they are about to witness the 37-year-old Argentine player return to play after a long absence. 

Messi has not played for Inter Miami for more than two and a half months, partly because he also suffered a serious injury in the Copa America final in mid-July.

During Messi’s absence, Inter Miami was eliminated early from the Leagues Cup, 

thereby losing the opportunity to defend the championship title that M10 and his teammates worked hard to win in the 2023 season.
