In the clip, the 29-year-old actress is seen dancing in a bathroom.
As Brooklyn, who is presumably holding the camera, walks toward her, she lets out a laugh before covering the camera lens with her hand.

“She even brushes her teeth with heels on 👠🪥,” Brooklyn wrote in the caption.

Nicola commented on the post, joking, “this was not approved 😂.”

Brooklyn recently shared that Nicola was caring for him after an injury.
“Broke my shoulder,” Beckham captioned a black-and-white photo of himself in a hospital bed, “but all good cause I have [Nicola] to look after me xx.”
“Love you babe ❤️❤️,” he added, tagging his wife. The entrepreneur did not share how he sustained the injury.
The couple has also been mourning the loss of their chihuahua, Nala. In her June 15 announcement, Nicola stated that the dog began “hyperventilating and couldn’t catch her breath” after going to the groomer. She was rushed to the vet and “passed hours later.”

“She was my beautiful queen and stayed by my side for 9 years through everything,” the actress continued in her post. “Please be careful who you send your dogs to because you don’t know what goes on behind closed doors.”
On Tuesday, July 30, Nicola filed a lawsuit against Jony Ceballos, Deborah “Deb” Gittleman and HoundSpa LLC in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Westchester. The Bates Motel actress alleged that a groomer caused Nala’s death through “intentional and malicious abuse,” PEOPLE previously reported.

According to the lawsuit, the chihuahua “passed away a mere two hours” after being worked on by Ceballos in a mobile grooming van outside Nicola’s home on June 15. “Nala went into the grooming van, a happy, healthy dog, but returned injured and in severe physical distress — breathing heavily and wheezing, with her chest pulsating,” the lawsuit claims.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE after filing the lawsuit, Nicola said that she was still “in so much shock and pain over my baby Nala suddenly passing last month following what should have been a routine grooming session.”
“I posted the experience on my Instagram to bring awareness, and was heartbroken to hear the horrifying stories from so many others who have experienced the same tragedy. I can’t bear it. I’m outraged to hear how common stories like Nala’s are,” her statement continued.
