The 50-year-old former singer and fashion designer admitted that she has difficulty finding the right balance between family
and career in an interview with Nicole Kidman for Vogue Australia.

On one hand, Victoria wants to be the best wife and mother she can be, but on the other hand, she still wants to pursue her passion for fashion and achieve success in her career.

After 17 years of launching and going through many ups and downs, Victoria is proud that the fashion brand she founded has started to make a profit.

The former Spice Girl singer said that she was both reckless and naive when she embarked on the path of a designer.
Despite knowing nothing about the fashion industry, she started this path with the simple intention of creating clothes that she couldn’t find on the market.
Not only did she put her name on the brand, Victoria Beckham was involved in every step of the way and didn’t give up any of her responsibilities. The mother of four explained that at that time, although she had nannies and parents to help take care of her children, she still felt like she had to take on many different responsibilities while trying to be the best mother she could be.

“It was very difficult to balance both roles. I struggled a lot when the kids were young. I felt like I was juggling trying to be the best wife, the perfect mother and a professional at work,” Victoria said.
Looking back on her journey, the former singer feels grateful that she didn’t compromise her career. She still gets to do what she loves and has a perfect family. Now that their children are grown, Victoria and David are embarking on a new chapter and changing their goals. Of their four children, only their youngest daughter Harper, 13, still lives with her parents. However, their three children, Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 19, still regularly appear in the couple’s Instagram posts. “Now David and I can go on trips alone, just the two of us. We laugh and enjoy this time, which is rare after many years,” Victoria said.
